SUCO HERE NOW

ACTIVE MEDITATION BY MELISSA AND EMMANUEL - EMME

Join us for a special morning at El Living Wellness, Sabàtic Sitges, as we welcome SUCO Sessions for HERE NOW, an immersive experience designed to bring you out of your head, into your body and back into the present moment.

For 90 minutes, Melissa & Emmanuel will guide you through active meditation, breath, movement and connection, accompanied by original live electronic music by EMME.

And it doesn’t end there. From 11:30 to 12:30, stay with us for a relaxed DJ session on the terrace. The Sabàtic bar will be open, so you can enjoy something to drink or eat, listen to the music and spend a little longer together.
