A PLACE TO MOVE, CONNECT AND FEEL AT HOME
El Living Wellness is an international community created around movement, wellbeing and connection. A place where you can come as you are, feel at home and make wellbeing a natural part of your day.
Come for a Pilates, yoga or strength class, then stay for breakfast, take a dip in the pool, settle in comfortably to work or simply enjoy the space and the people around you.
Through inspiring events, workshops and community gatherings, we create opportunities to meet, share ideas, grow and form meaningful connections.
More than a place to train, ELW is a place to belong, where movement, work and life come together naturally.
Nathalie Rosenberg
Founder & Director
With Swedish and French roots, and raised between Italy and Sweden, I have always lived between cultures. For many years, I travelled the world as a professional dancer, choreographer and master trainer. Movement became my language and a way to connect with people from different places and backgrounds.
After years of being on the move, I began to long for something more rooted. I wanted to create the kind of place I had often searched for myself. Somewhere people could move, take care of themselves, share ideas and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
El Living Wellness was born from that wish. It is my way of bringing movement, community and everyday life together, and creating a space where people can come as they are and feel at home.
“Where everyday feels like Saturday.”
Sabàtic offers 90 suites, all with neutral tones, open living space, modern amenities and a terrace with sea views. The reception feels like you're in someone's living room, with low loungers, well-placed ornaments and books adorning the shelves.
The open dining space, Pasatempo, is flooded with light and acts as a central spot where guests can grab a drink at the bar, enjoy a relaxing meal, or hang out in the Winter Lounge.
There are two pools: one for adults and one for children, upholding the serenity and tranquil atmosphere of Sabàtic.
The concept behind Sabàtic is grounded in living your best life, freely. Sabàtic Sitges Autograph Collection is the place where everyday can be a Saturday.
You’ll quickly feel like part of the Mediterranean lifestyle, with the special vermouth hour organised by the hotel, spectacular sea views, chill-out areas, delicious food, and local wines.
MEET THE TEAM
Sarah Thwaites
Sarah was born in Australia, but has lived more than half of her life overseas. She left her native home to follow her dream and pursue a career as a professional classical ballet dancer.
This eventually led her to find her next career path as a Pilates & yoga instructor. Her dance background adds a unique approach to both her classes and personal training sessions.
Sarah’s classes are well-structured, graceful, and highly motivating. Expect a harmonious blend of strength-building and mindful movement, that will leave you feeling invigorated and balanced.
Keep moving and breathing.
Laura Tanner
Laura’s dream has always been living somewhere close to the sea. In February 2024 she moved to Sitges to be surrounded by the Mediterranen climate. In Switzerland, her home country, she was an ice skater on a high level. Sports and movement have always been her biggest passion.
In Yoga and Pilates she found her balance and consistency and she loves to give her energy and positivity further!
The aim of Laura is to support you on your way whether you need someone pushing or taking you on a relaxing journey. Influenced by movements and training she did as an ice skater her sequencing and training is dance-like and aesthetic.
Put a smile on.
Marin Stassens
Marine was born and raised in Belgium, where movement and creativity first became part of her life through contemporary dance.
When she later moved to Barcelona, she discovered yoga and immediately felt a deep connection—not only with the practice itself but also with the sense of community it created. Yoga became her way of coming home to herself, nurturing balance and presence in her everyday life.
Today, Marine’s classes are inspired by Ashtanga and Rocket yoga. Her flows are dynamic and uplifting, designed to gently challenge students while honoring the uniqueness of every body. She invites her students to explore, grow, and find joy in their practice.
Where movement becomes home.

“The teachers are super friendly and welcome all newcomers, so everyone feels included. I have completely changed my body — I am now stronger and dropped a dress size! The classes are professional and challenging, but most of all, really great fun.”
