After the movement and fullness of summer, this is an invitation to slow down, return to yourself and reconnect with your own rhythm.
Float beneath the open sky as the water supports your body and the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong and acoustic instruments unfold around you. Guided live by Jay from Laboratorio de Sonido, this deeply immersive experience brings together water, sound and stillness, creating space to release tension, quiet the mind and simply rest.
As the evening comes to a close, we will gather for fresh fruit. A gentle moment to return, connect and share.
